MVVDY Policies

At MVVDY Esthetics, every service is intentionally curated to provide a seamless, elevated experience. The following policies are in place to honor both your time and mine, and to ensure each appointment flows effortlessly.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total.

Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance 
• Changes made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit 
• Same-day cancellations may require a new deposit to rebook 

Please be mindful of your scheduled time.

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed 
• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation 
• Full service pricing still applies 

No-shows will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

As a mobile experience, preparation is key.

• A clean, quiet space must be available for setup 
• Please ensure adequate room for a massage table and equipment 
• Parking must be accessible upon arrival 

Failure to provide a suitable environment may result in cancellation of the appointment.

Your safety is a priority.

Please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing:

• Fever, illness, or contagious conditions 
• Open wounds, severe skin irritation, or infections 

Gratuity is always appreciated, never expected.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.
